Players counter card in the shape of a banner with scrolled ends. The lettering and decoration appear to be hand painted. The text reads " PLAYERs // NAVY CUT CIGARETTES". On the reverse are two rubber stamps. The first reads " TRADE MARKS DEPT // I.T.C. CO LTD. // 7 MAR 1927 // APPROVED // R.M.E.A.". The second stamp reads " APPROVED BY // BRISTOL MEMBERS OF EXECUTIVE // 9 MAR 1927"
