Players Navy Cut Medium Tobacco and Cigarettes rectangular, metal counter card. In the top half of the card is a reproduction of a picture of three men around a large table covered in what are probably naval charts. All are wearing eighteenth century costume, with powered wigs tied in a black ribbon and one is wearing a naval uniform and is holding a set of dividers in one hand and possibly a ruler in the other. Through the window behind them there are ships on the horizon. The caption reads " " Planning the New Expedition" by A.D. McCormick, R.I. // FROM THE PAINTING EXHIBITED AT THE ROYAL ACADEMY, 1928." Below the picture is a tin of tobacco and a tin of cigarettes.
