Navy Cut Medium Cigarettes, 1935
Players Navy Cut Medium cigarettes fold-back counter card. The top half of the card comprises the head and shoulders cut-out figures of a sailor and a Royal Marine. The Royal Marine is to the left of the card. He is smoking a cigarette and looking back, over his left shoulder, at the sailor. He wears medal ribbons and is identified as a Marine by the initials " RM" on his epaulette. To the right is a sailor, facing the Marine. The initials " OWN" are visible on his hatband. He has his right hand to his mouth, as is whispering something to the Marine and his left hand points to the text below. To the right of the base of the card is a pack of medium cigarettes. The text on the base reads " WORTH REPEATING ! // Players // Please". On the reverse is a mechanism which when extended backwards turns the figure of the Marine further inwards towards the sailor
