Navy Cut Gold Leaf tobacco, 1928
Players Navy Cut Gold Leaf tobacco rectangular counter card. The central section is green with a broad white border. In the top left hand corner is a pack of Gold Leaf tobacco and in the bottom right hand corner is a tin of Gold leaf tobacco. The text reads " RUBBED // READY FOR // SMOKING // 1/0 1/2 PER OZ // PACKET // PER 2 OZ // POCKET TIN // 2/1". On the reverse is a label which reads " MARDONS // WINDOW NOVELTIES // EMBOSSED SHOWCARDS / &C, &C // VARNISHERS // GELATINERS & FRAME MAKERS // BRISTOL & LONDON."
