Players Weights rectangular, convex counter card. The background simulates grey crocodile or snake skin. In the centre of the top half there is a circular panel. The background of this is red crocodile or snake skin and in the centre is the head and neck of a horse. To the bottom right of the panel is a packet of Weights cigarettes. The text below reads " PLAYERs // " WEIGHTS" // CIGARETTES // John Player & Sons, Nottingham.". On the reverse is a support to allow the card to stand upright and a label which reads " MARDONS // WINDOW NOVELTIES // EMBOSSED SHOWCARDS / &C, &C // VARNISHERS // GELATINERS & FRAME MAKERS // BRISTOL & LONDON."."
