Players Navy Cut rectangular covered counter-card featuring a reproduction of a painting of the Navy Cut sailor with " HMS EXCELLENT" written on his cap. Beneath the sailor is a box of text surrounded by images of the two ships from the Navy Cut trademark and the trademark at the bottom. Text in the box reads: " The familiar Players Sailor figure // symbolises all that is dependable and worth- // while in tobacco manufacture.
